Wilco will record new album

Famous American rock-band Wilco is working on its seventh studio album. It will be titled simply Wilco (The Album) and hit the stores in late June.

Upcoming record will feature 11 songs, including Deeper Down, Everlasting and track titled Wilco, The Song which the band’s drummer Glenn Kotche described as «a great, upbeat song professing our love for our fans». Wilco (The Album) will also include composition You And I, recorded together with Feist.

Wilco also announced that they would go on a US tour this summer.

The band’s previous album Sky Blue Sky hit the stores in May 2007.
