Mar 03, 2010
American R&B singer Usher revealed some details about his new album Raymond v. Raymond. According to the musician, his main goal on this record was to «get his swagger back as much as possible».

«I put my swagger down for a minute, but I didn't throw it away. Now it's time to get it back», claimed he.

Usher added that the album was recorded in the studio where Michael Jackson held his rehearsals for ill-fated This Is It tour. «I love being in this space. That same energy is still here; it lingers. All I've ever wanted as an artist is to appeal to as wide an audience as Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson», claimed singer.

Raymond v. Raymond release will be followed by the single OMG, which Usher recorded together with The Black Eyed Peas’ Will.I.Am.

Usher’s previous album Here I Stand hit the stores in 2008.
