Usher collaborated with Empire Of The Sun

Usher revealed some details about his next studio effort The Shanertance. According to the musician, it is set to feature a number of surprising collaborations – for example, the track Looking For Myself has been recorded together with Australian electronic music duo Empire Of The Sun.

According to Usher, the song was inspired by their performance at the Coachella Festival last year.

"I said: "I love the feeling that we have here and the different styles of music, let's find a way to make an album that works everywhere, that works here, works for my fans, works for the classic audience, works for my pop audience". And that's why you feel you're hearing this eclectic mixture of music", claimed he.

Release date for The Shanertance is yet unknown. Usher released his previous record Raymond v. Raymond in 2010.
