U2 may reissue album Achtung Baby

U2 are going to re-release their album Achtung Baby which originally hit the stores in 1991. According to American musician and songwriter John Vanderslice, the record is currently being remastered in Los Angeles, in studio right next to his own.

"They're remastering Achtung Baby in next room. Any suggestions for witty opening salvos to drop on U2 crew when I barge in on Achtung Baby remastering session? " he wrote in a message on his Twitter account.

U2 have not yet confirmed or denied plans to reissue Achtung Baby.

U2 are currently on tour in support of its last album No Line On The Horizon. The band is also performing several new songs on its gigs, such as North Star and Glastonbury.
