Them Crooked Vultures are considering plans about their second album
Nov 11, 2010Them Crooked Vultures revealed that they would start the work on their second studio effort very soon. Rock band has recently finished the tour in support of its debut eponymous album, and, according to bassist John Paul Jones, is ready to begin the recording of the new one.
"Some stuff we've worked on, but we're gonna write pretty quickly and just put it down... we may be a year or so. It will mainly be excess material from the first album, material we started and never finished because we had to go and play the stuff we already recorded", said he.
Them Crooked Vultures formed in 2009, featuring Foo Fighters’ frontman Dave Grohl, Queens Of The Stone Age’s Josh Homme and Led Zeppelin’s John Paul Jones. Their debut album was released in November and spawned two successful singles – Mind Eraser, No Chaser and New Fang.
