The Red Hot Chili Peppers played free gig

The Red Hot Chili Peppers have performed a free show at KOKO nightclub in London. According to the band's members, it was set to celebrate their return to the live performances after a long hiatus.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers played a number of old hits as well as the songs from the recently released album I'm With You. They also performed a cover on Neil Young's classic track Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere.

The band will play all songs from I'm With You during the show. The gig was filmed – and, according to The Red Hot Chili Peppers, the concert will be later shown in cinemas.
