The Red Hot Chili Peppers covered David Bowie and Neil Young

The Red Hot Chili Peppers announced plans to release special collection of covers to mark their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame last weekend. Yet untitled EP is set to hit the stores next month. It will feature reworked versions of such songs as Suffragette City by David Bowie, Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere by Neil Young and I Get Around by The Beach Boys.

Ramones' Havana Affair and Iggy And The Stooges' Search And Destroy will also be in the tracklist with more songs to be announced later.

Most of the tracks were recorded during The Red Hot Chili Peppers 2011's tour in support of their last studio effort I'm With You.
