The most popular albums of 2008 were named

Duffy’s album Rockferry was named the biggest selling album of 2008. The second place was taken by Take That’s record The Circus, and the third – by Kings Of Leon with their Only By The Night disk.

The cover of Leonard Cohens song Hallelujah, performed by X Factor winner Alexandra Burke, became the biggest selling single of 2008. The secod place also belonges to X Factor Finalists’ record Hero, and Duffy’s track Mercy became third.
