The Mars Volta spoke about new album

The Mars Volta revealed that their fifth studio album would be named Octahedron and was set to be released in June by Warner Bros Records. It will be preceded by a single titled Since We’ve Been Wrong.

Musicians also confirmed that they would headline San Francisco’s Outside Lands Festival this summer.

The Mars Volta’s previous record The Bedlam In Goliath hit the stores in 2008. One of its singles, Wax Simulacra, was honored as Best Hard Rock Performance at this year’s Grammy Awards.
