The Maccabees announced new album

The Maccabees spoke out about their third studio effort. Titled Given To The Wild, it will hit the stores in the beginning of January. According to guitarist Felix White, they are going to prove that despite small success of previous two albums they still can go high.

"It's like, we're proving something to the people that slagged us off on the basis of the first album, for those people that saw something in the band", claimed Felix White.

The Maccabees' two earlier records, Colour It In (2007) and Wall Of Arms (2009), received little commercial success, although were praised by a group of fans and provided the band with the opportunity to sign a contract with major label Fiction Records.
