The Killers have several new songs done

The Killers revealed that they have started the work on the next studio effort. According to frontman Brandon Flowers, the band already has several tracks done.

"We have about four or five. We've put them up on the board and they're sounding good. We think they're strong", claimed he.

Brandon Flowers also spoke about their upcoming shows at London's Scala theater that have been scheduled for tonight, June 22 and next day. According to the singer, he feels very anxious, because it will be the first such performance for The Killers in a very long time.

"Those first gigs will definitely be nerve-wracking", said singer.

The Killers released their last to date studio effort Day & Age in 2008.
