The Hives announced new album

The Hives revealed plans to release new studio effort this year. Upcoming album will represent the band's first original material in five years, since its last record Black And White Hives that hit the stores in 2007.

New effort, titled Lex Hives, will be released in June. It is set to be preceded by the recently not announced single that is scheduled to be unveiled in May.

The Hives have recently premiered another track from Lex Hives, titled Go Right Ahead.
