Take That and Leona Lewis are the main favourites of 2008 Brit Awards

Take That became the main favourites of Brit Awards 2008 – the boy band, reunited in 2006, topped four nominations. Pop stars Mika and Leona Lewis can win the same number of awards.

Arctic Monkeys, Kaiser Chiefs, Kate Nash and Mark Ronson each received three nominations.

Former The Beatles member Paul McCartney is being honoured with the Outstanding Contribution Award for his «incredible career and his outstanding charitable work».
