US rapper Snoop Dogg has finished his work on a new remix album of songs by Johnny Cash. Compilation is titled Johnny Cash Remixed and features such artists as Alabama 3, Sonny J and The Heavy. Snoop Dogg produced the record and also remixed the song I Walk The Line.

John Carter Cash, Johnny Cash's son and co-producer of the album, said: «My father made his stead defying the expected and accepted way of things. He set the standard at the same time. He would have loved this remix record. While it stays true to the original recordings, the CD touches on undiscovered ground».
