Slipknot are not going to disband yet

Aug 08, 2011
Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor revealed that the band will not stop touring after its upcoming gig at the Rock In Rio festival. Earlier the band's members claimed that the show will become their last concert this year – and, possibly, in its history.

However, Corey Taylor claimed that they have plans for a US tour.

He also said that he would like to record another studio effort with his side project Stone Sour: "Whole bunch of things being plotted. More tours in Europe and US, new Stone Sour album, a US Slipknot tour. Going to be busy".

Earlier Corey Taylor claimed that he is not sure if Slipknot can record another album. Singer claimed that he would like to make another studio effort, but other members are still considering this opportunity.

"I feel better about it, but I'm still kind of on the fence. We're taking baby steps and we're going to take our time", claimed he.

Slipknot last to date album All Hope Is Gone hit the stores in 2008.
