Scissor Sisters bring inspiration to Lady GaGa

Scissor Sisters' frontman Jack Shears claimed he was happy to hear that his band was among acts that inspired Lady GaGa to approach music career. Singer praised US pop act in her interview last week, saying that Shears and others had been a "big influence" on her music.

Jack Shears, in his turn, claimed that he always admired Lady GaGa's talent. "I think Lady Gaga is great and I'm so proud of the fact that she gives us credit for influencing her. I'm really chuffed about it, it's a great thing", said he.

Scissor Sisters also revealed some details concerning their next studio effort. Titled Magic Hour, it is set to hit the stores in the end of May. The record will be preceded by the single Only The Horses that is set to hit the stores a week earlier.

Recently Scissor Sisters released another single from Magic Hour, titled Shady Love.
