Razorlight announced new album

May 05, 2011
English indie rockers Razorlight revealed details about their next studio album. According to the singer Johnny Borrell, yet-untitled record will feature "good atmosphere".

The effort will become Razorlight's first album since 2009 when lead guitarist Andy Burrows left the band to work with his side project I Am Arrows. Upcoming record is set to be done by new line-up.

"We're really gelling as a band and a group of people and we're really enjoying working together. There's a really good atmosphere, it feels great, really really good. Same for the album. There are some songs coming together. But it'll be ready when it's ready", said Borrel.

New album will become Razorlight's fourth studio effort. The previous one, named Slipway Fires, hit the stores in 2008.
