Rapper Coolio will star in a reality TV show

Famous rapper Coolio will become a main character in an upcoming reality TV show named after him Coolio & the Gang. The program will be made for women's cable network Oxygen and will follow the famous musician as he raises six teenagers by himself.

Coolio will play a role of a single dad during six half-hour episodes. Debby Beece, president of programming and marketing at Oxygen, said: «Coolio is a single dad raising kids, and it's got a lot of unconventional parenting aspects to it». The show is set to air in the second quarter of 2008.
