Radiohead unveiled plans for the future

Radiohead revealed that they will headline next year's Optimus Alive festival that is set to take place July 12 – 15 next year in Lisbon. It is the first officially announced festival appearance for Thom Yorke and his bandmates in 2012.

At the same time, Radiohead already scheduled 10-date tour across North America that begins in February, as well as several solo gigs in Europe for June and July. The band will perform in support of its last studio effort The King Of Limbs.

In his turn, Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke recently revealed plans concerning the band's next studio effort. According to his words, they will work on the new material through the December and January. Yorke added that Radiohead already has one track recorded – its title is Come To Your Senses.

"We have a version of it. It's a five-minute rehearsal, but it has the essence of what we need. There are a few songs that are nearly done. It would be fun to have them ready when we go to play next year. I don't know how we would release them… It would be nice to make it all part of the flow and just enjoy it – not think about it too much", claimed he.
