Radiohead revealed that they have provided their songs for the soundtrack of The Island President documentary movie. Film tells the story about Republic of Maldives' president Mohamed Nasheed, who is trying to raise awareness about the effect that climate change is having on the island.

The movie has won Best Documentary award at the Toronto film festival last year. Its official premiere is set for the next month.

Thome York and his bandmates allowed the creators of the film to use any of their songs they feel necessary. As a result, they have chosen tracks Idioteque, Everything In Its Right Place, Reckoner, House Of Cards and How To Disappear Completely.

Thom Yorke recently revealed plans concerning the band's next studio effort. According to his words, they will work on the new material through the December and January. Yorke added that Radiohead already has one track recorded – its title is Come To Your Senses.

"We have a version of it. It's a five-minute rehearsal, but it has the essence of what we need. There are a few songs that are nearly done. It would be fun to have them ready when we go to play next year. I don't know how we would release them… It would be nice to make it all part of the flow and just enjoy it – not think about it too much", claimed he.
