Physicians prohibited Adele from talking

Adele was told to keep silence by her doctors, reports The Sun. According to the newspaper, singer is currently using special voice-generating application on her smartphone to give a rest to her vocal chords.

A source close to Adele told newspaper: "She's been using the speaking app to buy coffee at Starbucks and to order cabs. It is far easier to communicate using it rather than writing everything down on paper and showing people".

Last month Adele has officially canceled all dates until the end of 2011. Most of them were gigs from September and October already postponed once. Statement on singer's site says she needs to undergo a surgery to save her voice.
