Performance by Prince was ranked higher than Led Zeppelin’s show

Britain newspaper The Daily Telegraph named top 10 gigs of the year. They put Prince’s series of concerts at O2 Arena in London on the first place, appreciating it higher than Led Zeppelin reunion show at the same place.

Prince performed 21 concerts at O2 Arena during august and september, supporting his album Planet Earth. Led Zeppelin played their show on December 10.

The third place was taken by the Canadian band Arcade Fire. The rankings also include PJ Harvey, Mika, Bruce Springsteen, Patti Smith, The Good The Bad and The Queen, Take That and Beirut.
