Paul McCartney’s new album given away with the magazine
Jan 01, 2010New album by Paul McCartney was given away with the issue of The Mail On Sunday yesterday, on January 17. It features several new songs as well as old The Beatles’ hits such as Hey Jude, Back In The USSR, Lady Madonna and Get Back. It also includes special interview with Paul McCartney.
The album, which has no official title, was recorded during McCartney’s performance at the Amoeba Music Store in Los Angeles.
Spokesperson for The Mail On Sunday said: «What's cooler than Paul McCartney and The Beatles? We are determined to get as many readers as possible to trial the magazine, and we are confident that this amazing CD should spark the awareness we're after».
Today Paul McCartney announced that he would donate money to the people who suffered from Haiti earthquake. Ex-The Beatles’s member joined the list which features Sting, Justin Timberlake, Lady Gaga, U2 and others.
