Paul McCartney has chosen the title for the new album

Sir Paul McCartney confirmed rumors that his next studio effort will be titled Kisses On The Bottom. Former The Beatles member has made this announcement after several reports appeared on the Web, revealing the name of upcoming record.

Official statement by Paul McCartney's management says: "We would like to keep it in secret for a while, but as long as it was revealed, there is no reason to hide it. It is official: next Paul McCartney's album will be named Kisses On The Bottom".

Earlier Paul McCartney claimed that the album will feature only two original compositions – the tracklist will mostly feature songs that were the source of inspiration for him during his career.

"When I kind of got into songwriting, I realised how well structured these songs were and I think I took a lot of my lessons from them", claimed he.

McCartney's last to date album Memory Almost Full was released in 2007.
