P. Diddy called himself Arctic Monkeys fan

American rapper and producer P. Diddy claimed that he has recently become a huge fan of Arctic Monkeys. He also urged his own fans to buy the band’s new album Humbug. «Go get the Arctic Monkeys' new album Humbug! Let's go!» wrote he on his Twitter account.

Yesterday Arctic Monkeys claimed that Humbug was selling slower than the band’s two previous records. But Humbug still has chances to become 2009's fastest selling album in UK (currently, the first place belongs to U2’s record No Line On The Horizon).

It is not the first time P. Diddy is expressing his support to Arctic Monkeys. Earlier, he posted a video online, which shows him talking to Arctic Monkeys’ drummer Matt Helders. «I'm the newest member of Arctic Monkeys. I'm not going to be singing, I'm not going to be playing instruments, but I'm going to be part of the crew», claimed he in that video.
