Oasis’ new album may be released next summer

Liam Gallagher claimed that he and his former Oasis’ bandmates were going to release new album in summer 2010. Singer added that this record may be released under Oasis name, although currently they were working as Oasis 2.0.

«I'd like to have a record out by July next year. We've already done about three songs and they're fucking sounding amazing», said Liam.

He added that upcoming album would have a little difference with their previous works.

Oasis officially split up this autumn, soon after guitarist Noel Gallagher left the band, blaming «lack of support and understanding from the management and bandmates» as the reason of his departure. However, all band’s member with the exception of Noel still work together.

Oasis’ last record Dig Out Your Soul hit the stores in October 2008.
