Nomination list of BRIT Awards 2011 revealed

The list of artists nominated for this years BRIT Awards was revealed. Tinie Tempah will compete in the biggest amount of categories with four nods. His album Disc-Overy may become British Album Of The Year, as well as Sigh No More by Mumford & Sons, The Defamation Of Strickland Banks by Plan B, Progress by Take That and XX by The XX

Tinie Tempah's single Pass Out was nominated for British Single award, while rapper himself was named in two categories – Breakthrough Act and British Male Solo Artist (along with Mark Ronson, Paul Weller, Plan B and Robert Plant).

British Female Solo Artist nomination features Cheryl Cole, Ellie Goulding, Laura Marling, Paloma Faith and Rumer.

The ceremony itself is set to be held at London’s O2 Arena on February 15. It will feature performances by Take That, Eminem, The XX, Tinie Tempah and Rihanna.
