Noel Gallagher wants to sue his brother

Former Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher has filed a lawsuit against his brother and former bandmate Liam, reports British press. According to Daily Mirror newspaper, he accuses Liam of regularly threatening to kill him and actually making one attempt to hit him with the guitar.

Earlier Noel Gallagher claimed that his brother's behavior during last months of Oasis existence was "irresponsible" and even "out of control".

This summer Liam Gallagher wanted to sue his brother. Singer has been angered by the comments he made earlier this month – Noel said that Oasis has pulled out of a headline performance at V Festival in 2009 because Liam had a party previous night and was suffering from a hangover.

"I didn't want this to happen. It's not nice suing your family but like I said, he was telling porkies for the sake of his mates and journalists to get a wise crack on me. If he listens to his lawyers and does the right thing then it'll be well and truly over. I never wanted it to happen but it has to happen", said Liam.
