Nicki Minaj is inspired by Madonna

Nicki Minaj revealed that Madonna has been one of the biggest sources of inspiration for her within whole career. Singer – who has recently collaborated with Madonna on the track Give Me All Your Luvin from her album MDNA – said that she has always admired her both as an artist and as a person.

"She's re-invented not only herself but pop culture. What inspires me about Madonna is that she's able to balance this, all of this, with her family and her personal life", said Nicki Minaj.

Recently Nicki Minaj claimed that she is not going to do any collaborations in the nearest future. According to the singer, she is ready to make an exception for one artist only – for Beyonce. "My fans want a Beyonce collaboration. That's the only one", revealed she.

Nicki Minaj added that her decision not to make duos is caused by the fact that she has done many collaborations recently. For instance, her new album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded features Nas, Drake, Lil Wayne and Chris Brown.
