New Michael Jackson's music video released

Dec 12, 2010
Music video for Michael Jackson's "new" song Hold My Hand was released. The track is taken from recent album Michael, which features remastered versions of earlier unreleased songs by the singer.

Recorded with the help of R&B star Akon, Hold My Hand was chosen to become the first single from the record.

The music video itself is based on the archive footage of Michael Jackson.

Earlier this week Nirvana's member and Foo Fighters' frontman Dave Grohl revealed that he has taken part in the work on Michael. He contributed drums for the track (I Can't Make It) Another Day, which features guitar by another rock star, Lenny Kravitz.

According to the reports, Michael also features 50 Cent, Akon and others. It was produced by Michael Jackson's brother Jackie and Rodney Jerkins, who is famous for his work with such artists as Britney Spears, Spice Girls, Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Simpson, Janet Jackson, Beyonce and others. Jerkins also produced Michael Jackson's album Invincible that hit the stores in 2001.

All in all the record features 10 tracks on which Michael Jackson worked in different time – for example, song Much Too Soon was originally written for Thriller album.
