New Guitar Hero will feature David Bowie and Kings Of Leon

Neversoft, the creator of Guitar Hero game series, announced 24 new tracks for Guitar Hero 5 videogame. The list of artists set to be featured in upcoming installment includes Beastie Boys, Children Of Bodom, Deep Purple and other famous bands. It also contains names of Kings Of Leon, Vampire Weekend and David Bowie, who will make their debut in Guitar Hero series.

Guitar Hero 5 is set to be released on September 1 for PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Wii and Xbox 360. Like the previous title, Guitar Hero World Tour, Guitar Hero 5 is set towards playing in a four-person band, giving the opportunity to play lead and bass guitar, drums and vocals.
