New Florence And The Machine album does not feature "weak tracks"
Aug 08, 2011Producer Paul Epworth, who is currently working on the new album by Florence And The Machine, revealed his impressions of the record. According to his words, he likes this effort very much, mostly because it features no weak tracks.
"Had a week of wonderful mixes coming in for Florence And The Machine second album. I love handing something over to hear it come back better. It is hard to try and whittle these tracks down to 10 or 12 because there really are no weak ones", said he.
He also described the band's new music as "a lot more soulful". "It's going to be more stripped down, but it's heavy, rhymically. It's a much heavier record than the first album. It's a lot less indie and lot more soulful", claimed he.
Earlier Florence And The Machine singer Florence Welch revealed that the album would be devoted to "imaginary things", such as ghosts or rumors.
