New Beyonce album to be released in June

Beyonce is set to release her next studio effort in June – this information was unveiled by Sony Music Australia director Denis Handlin. He also confirmed that yet-untitled record would feature collaborations with pop duo Sleigh Bells and hip-hop band Odd Future.

"It was just amazing. She came in and played us six tracks from the album. She wants to do a big tour off the back of this record... these songs, the best description I can give is groundbreaking; she's gone to another level", said he.

Last month it was revealed that Jay-Z and Beyonce have been working on a new duo. According to the reports, the track is being produced by Dr. Dre and is set to be included in his next studio album Detox.

The Sun newspaper quoted anonymous source, close to the stars, as saying: "Jay-Z and Dr. Dre have recorded their verses with the chorus left open for Beyonce to sing".

Beyonce released her last album I Am... Sasha Fierce in 2008.
