Neil Diamond to be inducted into Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame

Neil Diamond and American country musician Leon Russell are set to be inducted into Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame. Diamond will be presented to the award by Paul Simon, one part of the famous duo Simon & Garfunkel.

Leon Russell will be inducted by Elton John, with whom he recorded an album The Union last year.

The ceremony itself is set to take place in New York on March 14. It will feature performances by Beastie Boys, Bon Jovi, Donna Summer and LL Cool J.

Last year, the award was given to Genesis, The Stooges and ABBA.
