My Chemical Romance promote their new album through the website
Sep 09, 2010My Chemical Romance have started the promotion company for their upcoming new album. The first results can be seen on the band's official webpage mychemicalromance.com. The website got a new design which must be connected with to the forthcoming release of the record.
Last month My Chemical Romance frontman Gerard Way revealed that the band has finished work on the new album. According to his words, yet-untitled record will be more "intense and upbeat", than their previous studio efforts.
Gerard Way also claimed that the recording was done after "second attempt". "We finished the album so we're excited about that. It's the second attempt at the album and we're really happy with it", said he.
Earlier Gerard Way the band drew inspiration for the album from Judas Priest, as well as from Blade Runner movie and old sport cars.
Neither release date nor the title for upcoming album were recently revealed. Previous album by My Chemical Romance, named The Black Parade, hit the stores in 2006.
