Muse put their drum kit on sale
Jan 01, 2010Muse decided to take part in the Oxfam Haiti earthquake charity auction, which aims to raise money for the people of Haiti. The band has offered the drum kit which was used for the live performances in 2006-2008. For instance, it was featured at the tours in support of the band’s Absolution And Black Holes and Revelations albums.
Oxfam Haiti auction features memorabilia donated by different famous artists. Producer Mark Ronson has put on sale the guitar from the music video for his cover of Zutons' song Valerie. Florence And The Machine, Foals, Klaxons, Arctic Monkeys and PJ Harvey also donated items for auction.
Muse themselves are currently considering an opportunity to write a soundtrack for upcoming Hollywood movie Clash Of The Titans.
The band’s last album The Resistance hit the stores in September 2009.
