Michael Jackson is top-earning dead celebrity

Forbes magazine revealed its annual list of dead celebrities with the biggest earnings during last year. The chart was topped by Michael Jackson – the late King of Pop's estate raised about $275 million. Singer's album sales accumulated $50 million, $60 million earned the movie This Is It which tells about last days in the life of the singer.

Elvis Presley has become second with $60 million, followed by The Beatles' John Lennon, who has earned $17 million.

Michael Jackson's estate turned out to be bigger than earnings of the next twelve celebrities in the list summed up.

New Michael Jackson's album is set to hit the stores in November. It will feature 10 remastered versions of earlier unreleased songs by late King of Pop.

The record was produced by Michael Jackson's brother Jackie and Rodney Jerkins, who is famous for his work with such artists as Britney Spears, Spice Girls, Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Simpson, Janet Jackson, Beyonce and others. Jerkins also produced Michael Jackson's album Invincible that hit the stores in 2001.

Michael Jackson has died from a heart attack last year on June 25 at the age of 50.
