Mariah Carey and Rihanna are sorry about Whitney Houston's death

Rihanna and Mariah Carey paid tribute to Whitney Houston in almost similar way. Both of them claimed that they are "very saddened" by her death, adding that Whitney Houston always has been a source of inspiration for them.

For instance, Mariah Carey wrote on her Twitter account: "Heartbroken and in tears over the shocking death of my friend, the incomparable Ms. Whitney Houston. She will never be forgotten as one of the greatest voices to ever grace the earth. I am very saddened".

The list of artists who already paid tribute to Whitney Houston also includes Aretha Franklin, Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry, Lady GaGa and others.

Whitney Houston has been found dead in her hotel room at the Beverly Hilton yesterday, on February 11. Reason of her death was not revealed yet.
