Madonna will participate in X Factor

Madonna is set to make a special appearance in X Factor show. Famous singer will become a judge for the talent show finals that will take place in December. She will also perform with one of the participants at the closing concert.

A source close to X Factor organizers told The Sun newspaper: «The last series proved anything is possible when Beyonce performed with Alexandra Burke. The final got 15 million viewers and that is enough to entice the biggest stars on to our stage. This year is going to be bigger than ever – we are planning to get the best names in music».

The source also added that the show has received additional funding from ITV channel. The money will be spent to invite famous guest performers, such as Lady GaGa, Robbie Williams and Madonna.

The singer herself is currently on a Sticky & Sweet world tour in support of her recent Hard Candy album. The singer also announced the release of a Greatest Hits compilation.
