Los Campesinos! have nearly finished new album

Los Campesinos! frontman Gareth Campesinos revealed that the band has nearly finished its fourth studio album. According to his words, they are putting finishing touches on the record together with their producer, and the next week it will be done.

At the same time, he claimed that release date for the record is still unknown.

"Right now, our main man and sound guru, Tom is exchanging final mixes with producer John Goodmanson, pruning every last note and drum hit to make sure every sound sounds as perfect as it can", said he.

Singer added: "So by the time of mastering, we'’ll have a final tracklisting, something which seems so close but is so important that it's really hard to finally settle on something. And that's why I would never dream of listening to an album on shuffle".

Yet-untitled record will become the follow-up to the album Romance Is Boring that was released in 2010.
