Limp Bizkit have recorded a track together with Lil Wayne – titled Ready To Go, it will hit the stores next week. The release of the single is set to mark signing of the band to the Wayne's record label Cash Money.

Talking about the track, Cash Money co-founder Bryan Williams said: "It'll be a great way to let the world know that Limp Bizkit are a part of us. It's rock, but it's hip-hop-rock. I think we got that hip-hop-rock swagger".

He added that Limp Bizkit will start the work on their first album for Cash Money later this year, after they return from European tour.

Last December record label Interscope has parted ways with Limp Bizkit. According to the band's frontman Fred Durst, it happened because of the poor sales of their sixth studio effort Gold Cobra that hit the stores earlier this year.

Trying to explain commercial failure of the record, Fred Durst said: "One of the things with Gold Cobra was that it was a record for us to do for ourselves, for the core fans, for some of the people that we know in the industry. It wasn't our step forward to make a big pop; we just didn't want to make that record at that time".
