Lil' Wayne's new album will hit the stores in August

Lil' Wayne announced that his highly anticipated new album Rebirth will hit the stores in August. «This disk will deliver great music», said he about the record that combines rap and rock genres.

«With this album, I wanted everyone to see my growing pains», added he.

Lil' Wayne has already released two tracks from the album, Prom Queen and Hot Revolver.

His previous album Tha Carter III hit the stores in 2008 and was sold over a million copies in its opening week in the US.
