Lady GaGa was set to take part in Michael Jackson’s gigs in London

Lady GaGa revealed that last year Michael Jackson asked her to join him as a supporting act during his ill-fated series of gigs in London. According to the singer, she was working on her performance when King of Pop has died.

Lady GaGa also claimed that she did not reveal this information until now because of respect for Michael Jackson.

«We were working on making it happen. And I suppose there was some talk about the openers doing some duets with Michael onstage. But Michael's death was devastating for me regardless of whether I was supposed to go on tour with him», claimed she.

Michael Jackson has died from a heart attack on June 25 last year – just two weeks before the beginning of his series of gigs.

Lady GaGa herself has recently announced a gig at the London’s O2 Aren? on December 1 as a part of her Monster Ball world tour. Singer will perform songs both from her debut album The Fame and its deluxe edition The Fame Monster.
