Lady GaGa leads the nominations for MTV Europe Music Awards

The nominees for this year’s MTV Europe Music Awards were announced. Lady GaGa became the main favorite for the upcoming ceremony, receiving five nominations, including Best Female, Best New Act and Best Song category for the track Pokerface.

Kings Of Leon also have a chance to win five awards, with the track Use Somebody nominated in Best Song category. This prize may also go to Beyonce’s Halo, I Got A Feeling by Black Eyed Peas or When Love Takes Over by David Guetta and Kelly Rowland.

Green Day and Eminem have three nominations each. The list also includes Robbie Williams, Tokio Hotel, Katy Perry, Jay-Z and others.

The ceremony itself will take place in Berlin on November 5.
