Lady GaGa has started the work on the new album

Lady GaGa revealed that she was writing songs for her next studio album. Singer, who is currently performing The Monster Ball tour, claimed that she has been working on new tracks in-between the concerts. However, according to Lady GaGa, she already has «the core» of the songs done.

Singer also promised that upcoming album would be her best record ever. «I'm working on it now and I've already written the core of it. So I'm just continuing to travel around the world and make something really great. It's certainly my best work to date», said she.

Lady GaGa’s debut album The Fame hit the stores in August 2008. In November 2009 singer released The Fame Monster, the reissue of her first record with eight new songs, including singles Bad Romance and Telephone.
