Kylie Minogue is working on the new album

Kylie Minogue claimed that she has recently started the work on the next studio effort. Singer did not reveal any details about it, only stating that the album will hit the stores in 2013.

"I have started on new music already. It should be ready for 2013", claimed she.

Kylie Minogue also promised that the album will feature a lot of "really exciting and different collaborations", although she did not reveal any names.

Singer's last studio effort Aphrodite hit the stores in 2010. She is also set to release best hits compilation K25 this year to celebrate the 25th anniversary of her music career.
