Kiss spoke about their new album

Jul 07, 2009
Kiss revealed some details about their upcoming album. The band’s bassist Gene Simmons described upcoming record as having «no strings, no keyboards, no synths, no drums, no nothing - just meat and potatoes». He also said that it would feature such songs as Russian Roulette, Modern Day Delilah and Stand.

Kiss’ singer Paul Stanley added that he did not care about how it will be received by the fans. «The fact is, fans may tolerate the new songs. I think Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Page and Robert Plant found that out. The Rolling Stones certainly know it. The Who certainly know it», said he.

«The album will be made the way I wanted to do it», added he.

Upcoming record will be Kiss’ first disk since Psycho Circus, released in 1998.
