Kings Of Leon drummer Nathan Followill revealed that the band would like to write a song for the next James Bond movie. Followill claimed that Daniel Craig – who played Agent 007 in last two movies – already asked them about it in the past.

"I've always wanted to work with strings though so maybe yeah, that'll be a good excuse. Daniel Craig has asked me before. I have turned him down 3 times already but maybe", said he.

Main theme for the last James Bond movie, Quantum Of Solace, has been recorded by Jack White and Alicia Keys. The list of artists who contributed to the series earlier includes Madonna, Nancy Sinatra, Paul McCartney, Garbage, A-Ha and many others.

Kings Of Leon's frontman Caleb Followill recently slammed critics who described the band's recent album Come Around Sundown as "easy listening" and "stadium-friendly". He also denied that the record has been an attempt to appeal mass audience.

Caleb Followill claimed that he and his bandmates has not been thinking about big sales while working on the record.
