Kings Of Leon singer wants to start solo project

Kings Of Leon frontman Caleb Followill said that he would like to start a solo project in near future. Singer revealed that he has got some ideas he had to discard because other members of the band did not like them. However, he would like to make something of them in future.

"When you get in the studio sometimes you just throw it all away and say: "Alright, well let's make this music together". And the things that you love that you've been working on, sometimes you have to put it on the back burner and you just know that one day it will be heard, but it might not be Kings Of Leon that'll be putting it out", explained he.

Asked about what kind of project he would like to establish, Caleb Followill answered: "It might be some up-and-coming singer or it might be us individually doing a project. You never know".

Recently Caleb Followill slammed critics who described the band's recent album Come Around Sundown as "easy listening" and "stadium-friendly". He also denied that the record has been an attempt to appeal mass audience.

Caleb Followill claimed that he and his bandmates has not been thinking about big sales while working on the record.
