Keith Richards took part in filming of a documentary
May 05, 2012The Rolling Stones' frontman Keith Richards took part in a creating of a documentary movie Blues Britannia: Can Blue Men Sing The Whites? that tells about the establishment of blues and rock music in Britain.
Legendary guitarist spoke about his favorite musicians and also revealed that he used to hate his name. «It made me sick – my name's Keith Richards. It hardly makes it against Howlin' Wolf or Muddy Waters, does it? On my first guitar I had Boy Blue written – it was just pathetic too», said he.
Recently The Rolling Stones guitarist revealed that the band was planning to release new album this year. According to his words, they have no exact plans or dates, but his bandmates are eager to start the work.
"There's no definite plans, but I can't see any of them stopping. I wouldn't be surprised if we did some recording later this year", claimed Richards.
